Very helpful article, just what I needed, thanks :) Now, sigh, time to roll up the sleeves and dig into the sorting, shredding work...well, maybe I'll save that for a next winter project...the weather is simply too beautiful to be indoors much at all :) thanks again :)
I live in Northern Illinois with 3 horses and a long-suffering husband, and help care for 5 other horses. I have 3 other horses that live on a retirement farm in Tennessee. I am also blessed with two daughters who are horse people. I was a serious horse person from the time I was a small child through my early 20s, but only came back to horses again about 15 years ago after a 20-year gap. Please feel free to join me on my continuing journey to better understand, appreciate, care for and work with horses.
This blog is an outgrowth of my thinking about personal finance and economics, and how it is taught and understood (or not understood), and the impact all of this has on economic policy. The views expressed are very personal, and many writers and thinkers on the subjects may disagree. Due to the complex nature of many financial topics, much of what is written here is an (over)simplified version of how things work.
